Personal Training

 

​Performance Time can help you achieve whatever you are looking for, be it a complete fit body, lifestyle change, getting you on track or training for a specific event or sport. Our personal training sessions will help you to specifically train towards your goals to become the better you and to get the best out of your training. Personal Training includes fitness, agility, weight lifting  and cardio workouts. Upon request, there is an hourly rate service charge. Loyal customers are provided monthly or yearly contracts at a discounted rate. 

 

Our one-on-one personal training sessions are dedicated to helping achieve your specific individual goals. You will be provided with support, advice and motivation to assist with achieving your goals.

 

When you sign up for a personal training package with 12 Sessions or more you not only receive your sessions but a weekly exercise plan structured to you personally, free fitness assessment, a free massage, and a free chiropractic consultation, a nutrition guide to educate you on how to eat according to your goals (depending upon package: coming soon), meal preparation (depending upon package: coming soon) and the personal support and encouragement you need to keep you on track.

 

At Home Service also available to cater to your busy lifestyle.

 

Small Group Personal Training

 

Get a couple of your dedicated friends to join you and experience the benefits of group training sessions. These sessions are excellent for maximum groups of six, where you are all working towards similar goals.

 

Group Outdoor Training

 

Performance Time caters to all levels of fitness and health. We offer beginners modified exercises while they progress to the challenging variations of the exercise. Sessions progress and develop as the group's fitness levels improve to keep you continuously challenged.

 

You will be in a group that will encourage and support you to keep you motivated, to meet your goals and to celebrate your accomplishments along the way.

Injury Prevention

Injury prevention is a program that prevents injury from happening before it comes. The program target specific body parts to help our customers stay in the game long and also creates more endurance.

Boot Camps

Boot Camps are grouped or paired events. The Boot Camp requires sign up and waiver signatures before arrival.  The Camp targets muscle building, cardio, and weight loss. 

Performance Training

Performance Training is the elite training program for sport athletes such as; Soccer, Baseball, Football, Volleyball, Tennis, Basketball players.
